ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - THE OAKLANDS
The Oaklands provides accommodation, personal care and support for up to 20 adults with learning difficulties. This includes 15 long-term and five respite placements. Opened in 1986, The Oaklands consists of three purpose built bungalows. These include Rowan (eight beds); Aspen (seven beds); and Cherry (five respite placement beds). All 20 bedrooms are single occupancy with ten bedrooms having en-suite facilities.
