ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - THE LILACS
The Lilacs is a rehabilitation and re-ablement service based in Scunthorpe. It provides short term support to people who have suffered from an illness or injury such as a stroke, or a broken limb. The average stay is 28 days and people are provided with input from from external agencies such as physio and occupational therapy. The service is designed to assist people to regain the skills and abilities they need to return home.
