ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - THE HUMAN SUPPORT GROUP LTD (YORK)
The Human Support Group (York) provides a domiciliary care service to people in their own homes. City of York Council contract with this organisation to provide a reablement service. This service can be provided to people for up to six weeks after they have been discharged from hospital or from a rehabilitation service. The service helps people to regain their independence, where possible. A domiciliary care service can also be provided to support people on a long term basis.
