The Hill House is a 25 bedded residential care home located in Sydenham Hill, South East London. The Home provides care and support for older people and / or people with dementia. At Hill House we will support you in making your own decisions about how you want to live your life. We recognise the importance of maintaining relationships with family and friends and we support recipients in pursuing hobbies and interests by offering a variety of activities from in house entertainment to regular outings.
