The Hall Residential Home

"The service that my Mum has received at the home has been amazing. On our initial visit, the home manager Diane showed us around and even though they were in the middle of putting in a new restaurant and bar we could feel we could get a sense of calm and things running like clockwork. Unfortunately Mum is unable to get to the restaurant to use the facilities but she enjoys the food and the visits from the care staff in her room. Mum's room is lovely, we chose one of the apartments with its own private lounge so that we could also get somewhere to relax whilst Mum rests but we have also used both of the newly refurbished lounge areas and had some lovely chats with the other residents and joined in with some of the activities. The staff are most helpful and always have a smile on their face in what I am sure is a very challenging job. They are all very knowledgeable of Mum's condition and I feel that I can speak to any of them about her care."
