Welcome to The Grange & Elm Court
The Grange & Elm Court service offers a range of facilities for enabling people with mental health and addiction issues to work towards recovery, in a structured, safe and supportive environment.
About The Grange & Elm Court
The Grange and Elm Court is registered to provide accommodation for up to 43 people with mental health needs. The Grange is staffed 24 hours a day, whilst Elm Court provides support during the day for people who are more independent. Accommodation in both units is on two floors, there is no lift.
The Grange is a traditional stone building farmhouse providing long and medium term care to people who require support for a period of months, sometimes longer.
Wilson House and Skelton House are attached to The Grange and also provide long and medium term care and support.
Elm Court comprises of 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. This part of the service offers short stay rehabilitation for a period of 6-24 months, allowing individuals to re-build skills and confidence before returning back to the community.
The service also offers short stay respite care for people who relapse and would benefit from the stability of a supportive residential setting.
Location
The Grange & Elm Court is situated in the rolling countryside of South Yorkshire with 30 minute access to main towns and cities.
