ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - THE GABLES
The Gables is a two storey detached house, located in a quiet residential area in Gerrards Cross.
It is a short walk to the village centre and all local amenities.
There are no en-suite facilities, but a large bathroom, with overhead tracking hoist, and toilet downstairs and a bathroom and shower room with toilets upstairs.
There are five bedrooms located on the lower floor, which are accessible for wheelchair users, and two bedrooms on the top floor.
Current residents who are wheelchair users have overhead tracking hoists in their rooms.
There is a lounge, dining area, kitchen and utility room downstairs and a sensory room with overhead tracking hoist.
A stair lift is installed. There is also a large garden.
The home is for people with severe learning disabilities, some with physical and or sensory disabilities.
