ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - THE CROFT
The Croft Unit is currently registered for service users who are aged 18 and over and both male and female with complex mental health need.
We are registered with CQC for 25 beds, this includes one rehabilitation self contained flat. We also accept service users with dual diagnosis with their mental health needs being most significant.
We also offer an outreach service (addition 1:1 hours), available to service users who are assessed as requiring extra support for community inclusion and personal development. This hours are identified by our pre-assessment which the service user in fully included .
