ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - THE BEECHES
The Beeches provides accommodation and residential care for up to 23 older people. The home is arranged over two floors with access via a passenger lift. Three communal lounges and a dining area are available on the ground floor. It is a small friendly home with caring staff. There is a good training programme for all staff ensures residents are cared for by staff who are skilled at their job.
We have recently changed to providing residential care and have refurbished the majority of the home. Further re-decoration will be on a rotational basis.
We provide residetnail care, both longer term or shorter term respite which could even be overnight if required.
We are happy to redecorate rooms for new long term residents in the colour of thie choice to make indiviudals feel instantly at home and will try to meet any additional requests. We have a good menu choice and will cater to any specific needs as they arise.
We encoruage family and friends to visit when it is convenient for them, visiting times are flexible and should you wish to drop in anytime, advance notice is not required.
Our small team of staff include a home manager, deputy, adinistrative coordinator as well as a cook, cleaner, laundry and care staff. All of the staff are happy to help with all aspects of daily living and we enjoy close relationships with our residents whilst remaining professional and caring.
We are continually trying to improve the expericence our residents and their families and carers have and suggestions are always welcome.
All our staff will always take time to listen to visitors and reisdents, this is informally whenever or via occasional metings to find out as much as possible about your feelings and thoughts so we can provide a good, caring and warm service which makes people feel relaxed and cherished.
