ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - THE BEAUFORT CARE HOME
The Beaufort Care Home is an historic home that is situated in a semi-rural location between Coventry and Kenilworth, within easy reach of shops and other amenities, public transport and the motorway network. The Memorial Park is only 1/4 mile away.
Care is based upon each person's individual needs. Some of our residents have only modest care requirements, and others need 24 hour nursing assistance. Whatever the need, care is delivered with patience, kindness and understanding.
Doctors from local practices visit The Beaufort on an regular basis, or by individual appointment. We recognise that good communication between all members of the care team, be they Registered Nurses, carers, relatives or doctors is essential in providing individual person centred care.
The Beaufort Nursing Home provides accommodation for up to twenty nine people who require nursing or personal care.
We pride ourselves on providing person-centred care for residents living at the Home. Our experienced nurses and care staff offer a homely environment for people who require nursing care.
We are able to care for people over the age of 18 years old, who are living with nursing needs ranging from modest to complex. We welcome visits to the Home at any time.
Our philosophy of care is to provide an atmosphere in which all residents, whatever their physical, psychological and spiritual needs, will feel able to live their lives contentedly in a pleasant and safe environment.
We actively encourage our staff to be well trained, and The Beaufort Care Home was nominated for Employer of the Year 2013 by CWT Chamber Training Health and Social Care.
