ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - THE ANNEX
The Annex is a supported living service that can accommodate up to two people and is located on the same site as Hylton House care home which is also owned by the provider. The service is registered to provide the regulated activity of personal care. People who use this service have their own tenancy agreement and staff are available 24 hours a day.
