ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - SWAN HOUSE CARE HOME
Swan House provides en-suite acommodation and personal care with nursing for up to 39 people. 23 rooms on the first floor are for nursing care and 16 rooms on the ground floor for residential care.
One room is designated as an interim bed that can be used by community teams to prevent acute hospital admission.
Rooms may be used for permanent residents or to provide respite for one week or more.
