Sutton Leaze is a Registered Care scheme for five people with a learning disability in Seaford
Southdown is registered with the Care Quality Commission to manage eight Care Homes for people with learning disabilities, some of whom have a need for a high level of personal care and have physical disabilities. Increasing the lifestyle choices for people with learning disabilities is a top priority for Southdown.
Each person’s individual needs are reflected in the variety of care and support we offer. We encourage service users to have confidence in their own abilities and work with them to overcome the challenges they face.
The support we provide enables people with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible to achieve their goals. We place high value on including service users and their families/advocates in all aspects of our work.
