ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - SUPPORTED TENANCIES
The supported tenancy adult placement team provide a scheme in which voluntary carers provide accommodation, care and support in their own homes. The service provides day support, respite short breaks and support for people to access social activities within the community.The service providers are Warrington Borough Council and the service is co ordinated from an office based at 2, Brookside Court in the Padgate area of Warrington.
