ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - SUE RYDER - FOURWAYS
Our Supported Living service opened in February 2008. The bungalow is situated in a popular area of town close to Ipswich Hospital and only a 10 minute drive to the town centre.
Managed by Tracey Plested, our head of community and day care services, the service provides 24-hour support.
Our bungalow has four bedrooms for tenants and an additional room for use as a staff facility.
The bungalow has a large kitchen and dining area, and a large lounge area with a conservatory and patio. Perfect for socialising with other tenants or for when family/friends visit. There's also a large, well-maintained garden - great for enjoying the sunshine.
The bungalow also has two fully equipped wet rooms and an additional cloakroom. And there's ample parking space outside for visitors, fitting three to four vehicles - a space for each room.
The property has been adapted by Progress Housing for disabled use, and features widened doorways, ceiling hoists in all bedrooms, a specialist bath and a call bell system.
The accommodation is provided and maintained by Progress Housing Association.
