Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council provides care to people who live in supported tenancies and who have either or both a learning or physical disability. Most of the care is provided over a 24 hour period. The service also provides a care service to some people for just a few hours per day. The service is based in Stockport, Greater Manchester.
