ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - STEPPING STONES SERVICES
Stepping Stones Service provides support to adults with social, health and complex needs living in their own homes. Hours of support vary depending on the individual needs of people.
At present the service provides support to nine people in the Rochdale, Lancashire and Oldham areas. Support includes assisting people to maintain their own tenancy, help with domestic tasks, personal care and daily activities.
