ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - ST PETER'S COURT
Located in the coastal market town of Maldon in Essex, St Peter's Court is a modern, purpose-built care home which offers specialist nursing care for older people with Alzheimer's and other types of dementia.
At St Peter’s Court, we place the individual at the centre of everything we do and we treat each person with dignity and respect. Our skilled, experienced team provides personalised, high quality care and we spend a lot of time building strong relationships with residents and their families.
To help us to get to know each resident, we work with them and their loved ones to complete 'life story' books all about their experiences, interests and memories. We also have regular meetings with residents and their loved ones to make sure they always feel involved in care planning. We have an open-door policy, so relatives can come to us with any questions or suggestions at any time.
