St Oswald’s Village in Gloucester has 166 one and two bedroom apartments and bungalows. Each apartment has a living room, kitchen and shower room. The majority of homes also have their own balcony or shared patio areas. Our properties are available for rent, shared ownership and purchase.

Approximately a third of residents within the Village receive help with their care. Dependent on individual circumstances we can support residents with significant assessed care needs, including dementia. Residents without current care requirements are also very welcome.Peggy Derbyshire (resident), who cut the ribbon and opened the Village to its first residents, says: "This Village is taking me back to my younger days."
