ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - ST MARTIN'S CENTRE
St Martin's Centre provides residential and nursing care. The service is for up to four young people who are aged 18 - 25 years of age with physical disabilities and associated learning disabilities. The young people are not resident in the home full time.
