St Joseph’s Nursing Home provides care and support for adults over the age of 18 who require nursing care, including care for those with complex needs and end of life care. Our home is comfortable and welcoming and we provide the best possible care to the people who stay with us. We offer a variety of services and facilities tailored to a wide range of needs.
St Joseph’s Nursing Home offers a supportive and therapeutic living environment for older people. We provide nursing and residential support, and we tailor care to the needs of each individual who stays with us.
We assess the needs, goals and wishes of each person and provide a comprehensive service to meet a extensive range of requirements. St Joseph’s Care Home has a homely and friendly atmosphere and we strive to make the experience a comfortable, fulfilling and enriching one for everyone who stays with us.
We provide a wide variety of leisure, social and recreational activities. Individual and group activities are organised regularly, such as conversation groups, seated keep fit, musical therapy, gardening, arts and crafts, quizzes and board games. We also have themed parties and we invite entertainers into the home.
Meal times are an important part of the day at St Joseph’s. Our experienced catering staff prepare a menu of home cooked food every day and we cater for all individual likes and dislikes whether from a cultural, religious or choice perspective. People can choose to have their meals either in their room, the lounge, or in the dining room and snacks are available throughout the day
