ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - ST HELENS CARE HOME
St. Helens is a 43 bedded care home providing both nursing and residential care (full time and on a respite basis) to adults requiring personal and nursing care, mental health care, learning disabilities, those with substance misuse problems and for diagnostic and screening purposes.
We have two units; Lister and Auckland. Lister Unit caters for adults with primarily mental health diagnoses whom may also have physical and other health or social care needs such as behaviours which may challenge. Auckland Unit caters for adults with a diagnosis of dementia.
Our philosophy is to provide high quality, person centred care in the least restrictive environment and promoting people's independence and rights.
