ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - ST BARTHOLOMEWS COURT NURSING HOME
St Bartholomews is a purpose built Nursing Home. The service is a non profit making organisation and has registered charity status. The home is registered to accommodate 49 people over the age of 55. The home has 20 beds which are used to admit people from hospital that require rehabilitation care. People receiving rehabilitation care were supported by a multi-disciplinary team. These included occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social workers and the homes nursing and care staff.
