South Kirklees Domiciliary Care Agency provides personal care and support for people with complex physical needs, behaviours that challenge and/or profound learning disabilities in the Huddersfield and Dewsbury area. Clients live in tenancies agreed with housing providers. The personal care and support provided is separate from the provision of accommodation. At the time of our inspection, the service provided care for five clients in two locations.
