ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - ST ANNE'S COMMUNITY SERVICES - LEES HALL ROAD
Lees Hall Road is a Registered Residential care home able to accommodate up to seven adults, which provides 24 hour support for 8 adults 18-65 years old who have mild/moderate learning disabilities and have either offended or have the potential to offend.
The aim of the service is to enable people to build on their skills of independence and to provide opportunities for developing positive relationships. Individuals are supported for a maximum of 2 years. During this time there is an ongoing multi-disciplinary assessment process that identified and manages risks while enabling individuals to access community facilities, develop their independent skills eg cooking, shopping, cleaning, manage their finances and enable them to enjoy a good quality of life.
There are a minimum of 2 staff on duty at all times this includes a member of staff sleeping in and a waking night. The staff team are welltrained, competent and supportive. Our service provides an excellent standard of care, healthcare,appropriate opportunities for social relationships, education and training,leisure, employment and spiritual fulfilment.We work alongside other agencies towards moving people on to appropriate alternative accommodation that meets their long term needs.
