ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - ST ANNE'S COMMUNITY SERVICES - FIELDHEAD
Fieldhead is a registered care home which offers care and support for up to five people between the ages of 18 to 65. We are registered to provide a service for adults with learning disabilities, who may also have physical disabilities, though we are unable to offer nursing care. Fieldhead is a large detached house with 5 single rooms, and all are decorated to the client’s own taste. We are situated in the small village of Langthorpe which is close by to Boroughbridge.
We support people to maintain their independence by providing excellent staffing 24 hours a day throughout the year. Each client has a person centred plan in which they can choose the way theywould like to be supported in all aspects of their life,including planning for the future and trying to achieve their dreams and aspirations
