ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - ST ANNE'S COMMUNITY SERVICES - DALEHOLME
Daleholme is a five bedded registered care home for people with a learning disability. It provides care for up to five people. The home consists of a purpose built, detached bungalow situated on a busy road on the outskirts of the market town of Settle. The town is within easy walking distance of the home and has numerous and varied facilities including shops, cafes, churches and pubs. The home provides support for people 24hours a day 365 days a year.
We provide accommodation and support packages that meet peoples individual needs. This includes meeting peoples physical, psychological, social, cultural and health needs. Each person has an annual person centred plan to ensure they are fully supported in all areas of their lives.
