ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - ST ANNE'S COMMUNITY SERVICES - CROFT HOUSE
Croft House is a seven bedded home situated in the Horsforth area of Leeds. Services are offered for adults with learning disabilities. There is one ground floor bedroom for client with limited mobility. The property has private garden area, communal kitchen, lounges and music/sensory room.
The manager and deputy hold N.V.Q. 4 in care and registered managers award. Support staff have or are working towards N.V.Q. 2 or 3 or diploma level 3 in health and social care. Staff deliver a high level of care to support clients with daily living, promoting independence and choice
All clients have person centred support plans in place to meet their wishes, these are reviewed regularly. Clients are supported to be as self managing as possible when making choices. Clients are supported to access local community and places of interest. E.g. restaurants, cinema, pubs, supermarket, hairdressers etc.
