ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - ST ANNE'S COMMUNITY SERVICES - CREYKES LODGE
Creykes Lodge is a registered care home for six clients who have learning disabilities and someassociated challenging behaviour. The premises consist of a detached bungalow on the main road in the village of Rawcliffe, on a bus route, close to local amenities, and the towns of Goole and Selby. The home offers only single room accommodation.
Staffing is provided 24 hours a day and the home is registered with the CQC. We provide a homely environment, where Clients are encouraged to participate in the day to day running of their home. Staff support Clients in achieving further independence, whilst offering asecure and safe place to learn new skills and experiences.Clients are supported in forming new friendships and encouraged totake responsibility for themselves in making the choices anddecisions which affect them in their daily lives.Comprehensive health care is provided and each year holidays,day trips and social events are part of the home’s calendar.
