ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - ST ANNE'S COMMUNITY SERVICES - CALDERDALE SUPPORTED LIVING
Calderdale Supported Living provides personal care and support for people with learning disabilities in the Brighouse area. People using the service live in tenancies agreed with housing providers. The personal care and support element of the service is separate from the provision of accommodation. At the time of our inspection Calderdale Supported Living provided care services in three locations: - Brook House 1, Brook House 2, and Hawthorne Street.
