Owned by Linkage Community Trust, St Andrew's is a five-bedroomed detached house close to the centre of Skegness and all the amenities offered there. The house has three double and two single bedrooms; one of each of these rooms is in a self-contained flat.
It can accommodate up to eight students with a learning disability and/or autistic spectrum disorder.
