ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - SPRINGFIELDS CARE HOME
Springfields Care Home is a purpose built care home in Elburton Village on the outskirts of Plymouth. We are part of the Four Seasons Health Care Group. The Home provides Nursing and Social Care for up to 72 residents who have residential, Nursing or Dementia needs, it is divided in to 4 units 2 of which specialise in Dementia Care. The Home is warm and welcoming with a very experienced staff team. Springfields Care Home is close to the local shops, post office and food outlets and are on local bus routes. We have a lovely enclosed garden area with a wonderful fish pond, many of our rooms look over the garden area. Springfields provide a very varied activities programme for residents to enjoy.
