SPDNS Nurse Care is a Community Interest Company with any profit re-invested in the business. We have over 30 years experience of caring for people in their own homes. We are registered by the Care Quality Commission and meet their essential standards. Our services are managed by experienced Managers, many of them are Registered Nurses. We provide a 24/7 on call service for our service users . We employ over 200 well trained staff, offering a wide range of services to include health and social care, personal care, a nail trimming service, help with household tasks, shopping, meals and medication. We also offer support and respite for family and carers. Our services are for adults with physical and medical problems, dementia and those with life limiting or life threatening illnesses who live in South Essex. We are a block care provider for Southend Borough Council.
