Southfield Court is a purpose built care home providing accommodation and nursing care for up to fifty older people living with dementia.
The home has a team of registered nurses and well trained, dedicated care assistants who provide an excellent standard of 24 hour care.
Southfield Court is situated in the village of Almondbury close to Castle Hill and approximately two miles from Huddersfield.
Southfield Court is a well equipped, comfortable home, featuring two large bright lounges with two other smaller, quieter lounges. We also have landscaped gardens with patio areas where residents can enjoy the fresh air. All rooms have en-suite facilities. Residents and families are encouraged to personalise their rooms.
