ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - SOUTH THAMES CROSSROADS
South Thames Crossroads provides support to approximately 600 carers living in the London Boroughs of Merton, Wandsworth, Sutton, Lambeth and Croydon. Staff employed by the organisation provide short respite breaks for carers by taking over the care and support tasks for people or children they care for. Approximately 30 people using the service receive help with personal care and support.
In this report the name of a registered manager appears who was no longer in post and not managing the regulatory activities at this location at the time of this inspection. An application to remove their registration had not yet been received.
