South Tees Home Support Service provides personal care and support for children and young people aged 0-18 who have learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities, who live at home. Support is given to both parents/carers and the child in practical and domestic tasks, such as bathing, getting ready for school, going to doctors appointments, or attending community activities. The registered provider is Middlesbrough Borough Council.
