ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - SOMERSET ADULT PLACEMENT
Somerset Shared Lives Scheme provides a service for people who need support to live independently and could do so in the homes of families or individuals who are approved carers. The scheme widens the choice of services for vulnerable people living in the community. It gives them the opportunity of experiencing life in a supported family setting either on a long term basis, or for shorter term respite care.
