ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - SITTINGBOURNE
BAC Care is a private company offering quality home care to people who are elderly, extremely frail, or disabled in the Sittingbourne and Swale area. Our services include personal care, domestic assistance and social care services to people in their own homes.
We aim to promote the welfare and well being of the individual service user, by consulting with them, their families, friends, and other relative services to provide a solution that is fully integrated with the wider network of support available to that service user.
We will construct a care plan in full consultation with the service user with the aim being to provide a solution that is outcome based on empowering service users to achieve independence within their own homes.
