Silver Birch is a spacious five bedroom property set in a quiet residential area very close to the centre of Burton upon Trent, a large town straddling the River Trent in the east of Staffordshire. Silver Birch has been designed to cater for people with learning and physical disabilities who require a short break with specialised support facilities.
Fully accessible ground floor for individuals with mobility needs, the property is approached by a drive and has a small garden area at the front and a large enclosed garden at the rear with allotment facilities and a patio.
All five bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and are fully adapted for people with mobility needs. The property is serviced by excellent road and transport links with the town centre close by.
Everyone has their own person centred plan to ensure they get the most out of their stay - working towards gaining increased independence and using local community leisure resources. Individuals are supported to take part in the many activities available in and around Silver Birch in line with their interests.
