ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - SIDEGATE LANE RESIDENTIAL HOME
We want each resident to live as independent and fulfilling a life as possible, so we make sure everyone has lots of choices about important aspects of daily life, from the activities they take part in to the food they eat. Family and friends of residents are welcome to visit their loved ones here at Sidegate Lane care home at any time.
We offer specialist support for individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, and we also we have a rehabilitation suite which provides supportive care for older people after they’ve been discharged from hospital. For some individuals, our rehabilitation suite provides an alternative to hospital admission. We work closely with physiotherapists and other health professionals to provide personalised rehabilitation care which often includes engaging activities such as cooking.
