ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - SHARED APPROACH LIMITED
This service supports adults who have a learning disability, in their own home, providing personal care in line with a supported living model. People who use the service can have their own tenancies and receive their support from people employed by Shared Support. Support is provided in line with people's individual needs and as such, can range from support provided at specific times, such as at college or in an activity, to full time care throughout the day and night.
