ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - SHALDER HOUSE
Shalder House is one of a number of homes managed by Medway Council Social Services. This service offers 24-hour care to people for the purpose of rehabilitation only and provides short-term stay. It is based within a sheltered housing complex also managed by Medway Council. The service is registered for 15 flats, although it only currently offers services for people up to the occupancy of 10 flats. Each flat has an emergency call system and telephone point.
