ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - SEATON HOUSE
Linkage Community Trust's Seaton House opened in March 1996, a spacious detached property within walking distance of the town centre of Louth in Lincolnshire. It is not identifiable externally as a care home. There are nine single bedrooms occupied by the service users together with a large kitchen, separate dining room, television lounge, utility room, work room and relaxation lounge. Both ground and first floors have WCs and there is a choice of shower or bathroom facilities. There is a large mature garden both to the front and rear of the property.
