ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - SCARBOROUGH HALL AND LODGE CARE HOME
Scarborough Hall and Lodge is operated by Avery Care Limited. The home is situated on the outskirts of Scarborough just off Seamer Road. Accommodation is provided for people who need assistance with personal care and for people who have dementia. There is an enclosed garden, disabled access is provided throughout the home and grounds. There is a small car park for visitors to use.
Scarborough Hall is set over 3 floors.
The ground floor comprises of a reception area, 2 spacious lounges, one which leads onto an enclosed garden. The other has the benefit of a flat screen TV for our movie activities. 32 ensuite bedrooms. The Hair Salon is avalaible 24 hours a day 7 days a week, with the hairdresser avalaible 3 days a week.
The First floor comprises of 33 ensuite bedrooms, there are 2 large bedrooms and a shower room, There are 2 large lounges and a spacious dining room where residents can enjoy a relaxed dining experiance.
The second floor comprises of 20 ensuite bedrooms, a small reminisance lounge, large spacious dining room. Two large bathrooms.
Our home also offers a full and varied recreation and leisure programme for all of our residents, the residents are involved in planning the programme so that their needs are met. We have 2 full time Recreation and Leisure workers and a volunteer who help to facilitate this service.
