Ryfields Village in Warrington has 243 one and two bedroom apartments and bungalows. Each apartment has a living room, kitchen and shower room. A number of homes also have shared patio areas. Our properties are available for rent, shared ownership and purchase.

Dependent on individual circumstances we can support residents with significant assessed care needs, including dementia. Residents without current care requirements are also very welcome.
Bill Jones (resident): Bill has five children, 14 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Most of them live nearby and visit him regularly. His wife Shirley died 14 years ago and he moved into Ryfields Village in 2007. For some years he has had heart problems, but since moving into the Village and joining the gym, his health has improved tremendously. "I use the gym three times a week and a programme of exercises provided by the gym instructor has led to an amazing improvement," he says.
Bill enjoys taking part in Village activities and socialising and has made lots of friends. His family are also pleased he has moved in there because it means they don't have to worry about him if they are away. He is also a 'meet and greet' ambassador, introducing visitors and new residents to the Village.
