ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - RUSKIN MILL COLLEGE
Ruskin Mill College operates a shared lives scheme. This is an arrangement where individuals and families in the local community (shared lives carers) provide accommodation and support for adults. The college also provides staff to support people in seven team homes. All of the people supported by shared lives carers or staff within the team homes attend the college. Placements can vary in length and is dependent on the time spent enrolled at the college.
