Rowan Tree Lodge is a large detached house converted into a nursing and care home for 16 older people. It is situated in a residential area of Southport with access to local amenities and public transport in the town centre. The service provides accommodation over three floors, with lift access between floors. The home has 16 single bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. There is a lounge area and a small dining room to the front of the property and enclosed gardens to the rear.
