On the ground floor there are also a large comfortable lounge, a good-sized dining room, and a large family kitchen. The home has a large garden to the back and a sheltered patio area to the side.The home is near to the City centre shops, pubs and sports centres. Residents alsohave use of a family-sized vehicle for transport.
