Situated within a quiet residential area of Hindley in Wigan, Rosebridge Court is a modern purpose built 46 bedded care home offering Dementia, Nursing and Specialist Mental Health care.
Meet the team
At HC-One our experienced Home Managers and members of staff ensure kindness is at the heart of everything we do.
We understand that meals are a very important part of our Residents’ day, our menus cover a variety of choices for each meal and a choice of snacks, fresh fruit and refreshments are also available 24 hours a day.
Family and friends are welcome to join Residents for a meal or assist with their care.
Meals are served in our dining room or if Residents wish they can choose to eat in the privacy of their own rooms.
Hobbies and interests
The Activities Co-ordinators spend time with Residents to ensure a variety of popular pastimes are included within the weekly activity calendars.
They organise activities to suit the various needs of Residents including; community outings to local places of interest, entertainers, art therapy, therapeutic activities, quizzes, bingo, cinema nights, short holidays and life skills.
Many of our Residents find the one-on-one time with our members of staff particularly enjoyable.
Outdoor areas
Popular with Residents, our attractive sensory garden with raised beds and two ponds which are home to a variety of wildlife is a great place for garden enthusiasts, who enjoy helping to keep the outdoor area looking good.
The open and secure patio area complete with comfortable seating is a tranquil place for Residents to relax or socialise with family and friends.
