Ashley Phoenix is a residential home without nursing in Bath. We provide long and short term care and support to 8 deafblind men and women under 65 years of age, with a range of support needs including mental ill health and learning disabilities.

This is what CQC said about us at our most recent inspection:
We saw interactions between staff and people who used the service were kind and caring. The staff took time to make sure they understood the way people wanted to be supported. Staff members were able to describe people's care plans and their hopes and aspirations for the future.
We reviewed three people's care plans so we could find out how people were supported with their care needs. We saw the care plans were person centred and well organised. They provided detailed information about people's care needs and information about their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
